What Happens After the Assessment?
Completing the Level IX assessment is the first step—not the final answer.
Your results help organize your starting point across Body, Energy, Recovery, Mind, and Health.
They also help identify your current level, broader archetype, and priority optimization pathways.
But the assessment does not automatically prescribe a product, protocol, or treatment.
Here is what happens next.
Step 1: Your Results Are Organized
Your assessment responses are translated into a more structured view of your current health and performance.
Your results may include:
- An overall Level IX Score
- Category-specific levels
- A Level IX archetype
- A primary pathway
- Additional pathway opportunities
This information helps you understand which areas are currently performing well and where greater attention may be helpful.
Step 2: You Review Your Starting Point
Before making decisions, it is important to understand what your results mean.
Your level describes your current stage.
Your archetype helps explain your broader profile.
Your pathways identify the areas where focused support may create the greatest opportunity.
These insights help organize the next conversation.
Step 3: You Meet With a Licensed Provider
Potential products or protocols are reviewed with a licensed healthcare provider.
During the evaluation, the provider may consider factors such as:
- Your health history
- Current medications
- Individual goals
- Assessment results
- Symptoms or concerns
- Potential risks
- Whether additional information or testing may be needed
The provider determines whether a particular product, service, or protocol may be appropriate.
Step 4: Potential Next Steps Are Considered
Depending on the provider evaluation, potential next steps may include lifestyle recommendations, additional evaluation, products, services, or a combination of approaches.
Not every individual will receive the same recommendation.
Two people with similar goals may require different strategies because their health history, assessment results, and individual needs are different.
Step 5: Progress Is Tracked
The Level IX Method is designed as an ongoing process.
Tracking progress helps determine whether the selected strategy is supporting your goals and whether adjustments may be needed.
Over time, you may review areas such as:
- Energy
- Sleep and recovery
- Physical performance
- Body-composition progress
- Focus and mental clarity
- Daily consistency
- Overall wellness
Step 6: Your Strategy Evolves
As your results change, your priorities may also change.
Your first priority may be Metabolic Optimization. Later, Recovery & Resilience or Longevity Optimization may become more relevant.
The goal is not to remain on the same plan indefinitely.
The goal is to create an evolving process that responds to your actual progress and changing needs.
The Assessment Provides Direction
The Level IX assessment is an educational and organizational tool.
It does not diagnose a condition and it does not replace professional medical advice.
It creates a clearer starting point for a provider-guided process.
Your assessment provides direction.
Your provider helps determine the appropriate next step.
