What Is the Level IX Score?
Most people know when they do not feel or perform at their best.
They may experience inconsistent energy, difficulty maintaining a healthy weight, poor sleep, slower recovery, reduced focus, or concerns about long-term health.
What is often less clear is how those concerns are connected—or where to begin.
The Level IX Score is designed to create a more organized view of your current health and performance across five connected categories:
- Body
- Energy
- Recovery
- Mind
- Health
Your results help establish a starting point, identify areas of strength, and highlight where focused attention may create the greatest opportunity for improvement.
The Five Level IX Categories
Body
The Body category considers areas related to body composition, metabolic health, physical activity, strength, and physical performance.
Its corresponding pathway is Metabolic Optimization.
Energy
The Energy category evaluates patterns related to vitality, motivation, stamina, and your ability to sustain performance throughout the day.
Its corresponding pathway is Hormone Optimization.
Recovery
The Recovery category focuses on sleep, stress resilience, physical recovery, and daily readiness.
Its corresponding pathway is Recovery & Resilience.
Mind
The Mind category considers focus, mental clarity, memory, productivity, and cognitive stamina.
Its corresponding pathway is Cognitive Performance.
Health
The Health category takes a broader view of preventive wellness, healthy aging, and maintaining long-term capability.
Its corresponding pathway is Longevity Optimization.
More Than One Number
Your Level IX Score is not intended to reduce your health to a single number.
The overall score provides a broad benchmark, but the category results provide the deeper insight.
For example, two individuals may have similar overall scores while having very different opportunities.
One person may perform strongly in Body and Energy but struggle with Recovery. Another may have consistent energy but need greater support in metabolic health or cognitive performance.
That is why the assessment evaluates each category individually.
Your Score Is a Starting Point
Your results reflect where you are at the time you complete the assessment.
They are not a permanent label and they are not intended to define your future potential.
As your habits, health, performance, and goals change, your results may also change.
The Level IX Method is designed to help you:
- Assess your current starting point
- Analyze your results
- Identify priority pathways
- Review potential next steps
- Track progress
- Evolve your strategy over time
What the Score Does Not Do
The Level IX assessment does not diagnose a medical condition or automatically prescribe a treatment.
It provides an educational and organizational framework that can support a more informed conversation with a licensed provider.
Your results help you understand where you are.
Your provider helps determine what may be appropriate for you.
